From conventional cosmetics to organic and natural cosmetics, our formulation laboratory offers its know-how to ensure the design of your cosmetics, dermo-cosmetics and parapharmaceutical products.
We adapt to your idea and specifications (texture, perfume, efficiency ...) to provide you with a tailor-made formula that matches your precise expectations and industry marketing requirements (private label, white label).
Our laboratory's areas of expertise include: face care, body care, hygiene, men's care, baby care, natural / organic or sun care products.
European regulatory management of the cosmetic product
The marketing of a cosmetic product is subject to a marketing authorization. Therefore, the person responsible for marketing the product assumes responsibility for the safety of the cosmetic product through a regulatory file (also called Product Information File (PIF)). This must be made available to supervisory authorities at the address indicated on the label.
The person responsible for the product must therefore guarantee the safety of the product. This means that cosmetic products must not adversely affect human health when applied under normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use. To guarantee this, the file must include extensive information according to European regulation 1223/2009 since July 11, 2013 and the royal decree relating to cosmetic products of July 17, 2012 (specific to Belgium).
Depending on your needs, our laboratory will take care of all or part of the writing of the file.
Our approach and quality policy in the service of customer satisfaction
Our laboratory performs all necessary controls in accordance with regulation in force to ensure the quality of the product:
- challenge test (conservative system efficiency) ;
- stability test (microbiological test, physico-chemical and organoleptic test (odour, colour...);
- packaging compatibility study (content-container).
We ensure that industrial production of your formula guarantees a formula identical to the one created during the Research and Development phase.
